From a young age I have been drawn to the deeper questions of existence- mystery, consciousness, and the unfolding relationship between self and other. This quiet curiosity has shaped much of my life’s path and continues to guide the way I listen, sense, and meet others.

My name is Shara, and I hold postgraduate qualifications in education and counselling / psychotherapy. Before stepping fully into my calling in therapeutic and healing work, I spent 18 years teaching in tertiary education.

Travel has always been one of my greatest teachers. I spent three years journeying through Asia and the Middle East, and I continue to travel regularly- sometimes solo, sometimes with my family- returning often to India, which holds a special place in my heart. Much of the Vedic wisdom I’ve explored- through reading, studying, yoga, breath practices, and years of meditation and reflection, continues to shape the way I live and accompany others in their own unfolding. 

My practice has also deepened in times of solitude, in remote places close to nature, which remains one of my most profound teachers, guiding my understanding of life, rhythm, and presence.

A central pillar in my life is silent meditation, which I practice twice daily. This practice nourishes me and infuses every day, every circle, every healing, and every ceremony I offer, creating spaces where stillness itself becomes medicine.

At the very heart of my life is singing with a small choir at the bedside of those who are dying- an offering that profoundly shapes my experience and continually deepens my connection to life, universal consciousness, and the beauty of presence.

Through my work, I offer spaces of intuition, presence, and connection- spaces where people can meet themselves with honesty, compassion, and depth. For me, this work is not simply a profession, it is a calling that continues to deepen and unfold with each person I meet.
